How to Run 16 Laps of a 100 Metre Olympic Course

Steps

  1. Warm up by jogging about 50 metres one way and then jogging back. Don't go too fast; you'll be exhausted and won't be able to run 30 metres!
  2. Jog the first lap and then normally run the second lap. Switch off between jogging and running for each subsequent lap.
